We are on a journey and we hope you’ll join us.  We love food and people, so feeding them unique flavors is doubly satisfying. This is especially true when it involves creativity and a sense of discovery.  It’s kind of like finding that perfect birthday gift and having to wait the agonizingly long time until their birthday finally rolls around. Maybe this year the perfect gift contains biscotti, some morning coffee or tea and discussion about the best flavor rather than the crazy politics of our modern time.  If you have a flavor inspiration be sure to drop us a line and we’ll go into the lab and see if we can find a way to bring it to life in biscotti form. I’ve always loved to feed people. Before I learned to cook, I would find that dish whether it was from the Italian bistro in Louisville, KY, the gas station with the best fried chicken in town, or the local bakery with pastries that I craved.  Once I’d discovered these things, I couldn’t help but share them with people I cared about.  To me, great food is personal – it’s passion, nourishment and connection all in one.  And it usually comes with a great story, welcome to mine.
